Shipping policy

We appreciate you shopping with us! Items are shipped out within 7 business days as products are made to order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post which takes about 2-3 business days in Canada, depending on the destination.

Shipping is charged as a flat rate. 

If you are local to Wise Gals and would like to pick up your order directly from us or if you will be seeing us at an event, you may select "Local Pick Up" at checkout. Please communicate with us by email at wisegals@hotmail.com with your request to pick up a potential order. You must obtain approval from us before selecting the Local Pick Up option at checkout.

Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. If there is a problem or a mistake, we will correct it right away! Contact us at wisegals@hotmail.com

We cannot guarantee the quality of your delivery, nor are we responsible for packages lost, stolen and/or damaged during delivery. If there are issues with your delivery, please contact Canada Post.
